Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with 100% soy wax, clean fragrance oils, mica shimmer, and a healing crystal chip. Every step — from preparing jars to packaging with linen bags and cards — is done with intention and care.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Ready-made candles (7 oz): Please allow 3–5 business days for pouring, curing, and shipping.

• Custom candles (12 oz): Please allow 7–10 business days for creation and personalization.
  Shipping times depend on your location, but you’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

How long will my candle burn?

• 7 oz candles: ~40 hours

• 12 oz candles: ~80–90 hours
  For best results, trim the wick before each burn and allow the first burn to melt fully to the edges.

Can I personalize a candle?

Yes!! Our custom memorial pours allow you to choose colors, scents, and crystals that reflect your beloved pet. You can also add an engraved or stamped lid with their name or tribute.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives broken or defective, please email us at lisa@heartmour.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue store credit.

Do you accept returns?

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, all sales are final. Personalized candles cannot be returned, except in the case of damage or error.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes. Every candle arrives in a linen bag with a crystal card and grief care insert — ready to gift. You may also ship directly to a friend or loved one with a note included.
